    What is Reiki?

    Reiki is a Japanese healing technique where a reiki practitioner uses hand placements on the body to activate and energize the ki (or chi). This stimulates the body’s natural healing process and helps to restore physical and emotional well-being.

    • connect mindfully= Inhale + exhale 5 deep breaths

    • ignite clarity+creativity= Burn candles, incense or oils

    • self-heal= Meditation for 10 to 30 minutes

    • be open to change= Stretch your body with Yoga or Dance

    • manifestation= Write down your goals or intentions of the day

    • nuture with self-love= Go for a walk in nature
